Junior Programs



Jumpin' Juniors  (ages 7-14)


Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions
This co-ed program is designed for kids who are new to the game of volleyball and have little to no experience. The focus is on development and team concepts as opposed to winning.



Jump Up (ages 12-17)


Winter and Spring sessions
Designed for players who already have a basic understanding of volleyball, this co-ed program is the next step up from Jumpin’ Juniors but still focuses on mastering core concepts and skill development. 


5th 6th 1st place

Middle School League  (5th - 6th grade)


Fall (September – November)
This co-ed league is designed as a developmental league, providing smaller teams and courts to allow for more touches on the volleyball. The league will focus on skill development and team play — winning is not the ultimate goal.

Middle School League  (7th - 9th grade)


Fall (September – November)
This co-ed league is designed for players with prior volleyball experience who do not have a school team to practice and compete with in the fall. Directed by RVC coaches, our Middle School League will focus on development and team concepts.

Juniors Beach


Spring and Summer
With options for Jumpin’ Juniors, boys, and girls, beach volleyball is a great way to enjoy the outdoors while elevating your game. In beach volleyball, each player must master passing, setting, and hitting to be successful and it provides an excellent opportunity for indoor players to advance their skills.

Virginia Youth Volleyball League (ages 11-16)


January – April (Tryouts in November)
This program is designed to be an introductory travel program for girls ages 11-16.  It will give players and parents a small taste of what a full travel team does by competing against other VYVL teams a some other local Virginia clubs. Tryouts are required and not everyone will make a team.

Travel Program (ages 12-18)

December – May (Tryouts September – November)
This program is designed to provided players a more competitive opportunity outside of their school season. Offering up to 5 different levels of play, from Metro to National, players are selected through try-outs to create teams to travel and compete against other clubs.
